Greg Tomb, President, SAP SuccessFactors

Greg Tomb is President, SAP SuccessFactors, overseeing the end-to-end business for SAP's Human Capital Management Solutions. Greg has held several previous leadership roles at SAP including as head of Global Services Sales and the HANA Enterprise Cloud, head of Global Cloud Sales & Go-to-Market, president, SAP North America, head of Services for North and Latin America regions, and head of US Enterprise Sales. Greg left SAP to serve as CEO and president of Vivido Labs Inc., an on-demand mobile applications company, before returning in 2011. Greg has held management positions at both Accenture Consulting and Comergent Technologies, Inc. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago.

As Head of Product for SAP SuccessFactors, Amy oversees the Product Strategy, Product Management, Product Marketing and User Experience Design teams, comprised of 270+ people around the globe developing the industry-leading SAP SuccessFactors solutions for human capital management (HCM) in the cloud, as well as its on-prem SAP ERP HCM solutions, including the world’s dominant payroll application. Prior to SAP, Amy was most recently with Workday where she led product, including product strategy and product management, for the HCM solutions. Amy’s prior leadership roles include Vice President and Principal Analyst of People Management Technologies at Constellation Research Group and lead, Oracle HCM Cloud talent applications. Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from Cornell University with concentrations in mathematics, computer science and psychology.

Bruce Dickinson is a commercial pilot, an entrepreneur, and the lead singer of Iron Maiden. He was a pilot and Marketing Director at Astraeus Airlines and is the founder and Chairman of Cardiff Aviation. Bruce still flies and flew the band around the world in their own Boeing 747 on their 2016 tour. He’s also brewmaster for a premium British beer and is involved in ventures to develop hybrid air vehicles and edible drones to fly aid into disaster areas.
