Recruiting Marketing: Introduction to Career Site Design and Career Site Builder

Through discussion, demonstration, and by examining live Career Site Builder (CSB) career sites, you will learn how to attract candidates and obtain more completed job applications by providing a fantastic user experience.You will learn about the standard inclusions for a recruiting marketing career site, and the specific page components that are available in CSB.

Best practices for job data formatting will also be discussed, as well as becoming familiar with the decisions during implementation to convert your requirements into a responsive design career site with mobile applications.

Introduction to Employee Central Administration

Monday, 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Through discussion, demonstration, and hands-on exercises, this course uses the concepts and terminology associated with SuccessFactors Employee Central Admin functionality, and helps you develop a working knowledge of this model for use in implementing your employee management strategy. You will gain basic skills in how to use the SuccessFactors Employee Central Admin functionality. In this course, you will set up new employees, manage the job status of employees, manage employee work location settings and set up role-based permissions using step-by-step, hands-on exercises.

For System Administrators new to Employee Central

Employee Central Advanced Features: Meta Data Framework and Business Rules

Monday, 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Do you have Employee Central experience but want to learn more about MDF objects and business rules? As Employee Central shifts to managing information through MDF, customers will have the power to create and manage content directly.

Participants will receive an introduction to these features and gain hands-on experience using MDF and Business Rules. If you are new to Employee Central, please enroll in Employee Central: Introduction to Administrative Functions and Employee Data, as this course requires a solid understanding of the product in order to understand the topics and content that will be covered.

For system administrators that already have proficient knowledge of the Employee Central Solution, but want to learn about additional features.

Performance and Goal Management - Administration Basics

Monday, 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Through discussion, demonstration, and hands-on exercises, this course uses the concepts and terminology associated with SuccessFactors Goal and Performance Management administrative functionality to help you develop a working knowledge of these modules for use in managing your performance management strategy. You will gain basic skills in how to use the SuccessFactors Goal and Performance Management admin functions, including creating and modifying goal templates and form templates, rating scales and route maps.  This course will focus on Performance v12 Acceleration.

For System Administrators for Performance Management

SuccessFactors Learning - Maximizing the Use of Curricula and Assignment Profiles

Monday, 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

This course introduces participants to advanced SuccessFactors Learning Management functionality. Topics include maximizing curricula, working with Assignment Profiles and featured enhancements. Through discussion, demonstration, and hands-on computer lab work, participants will gain a working knowledge of these features allowing for more efficient administration of SuccessFactors Learning.

For system administrators that have some working knowledge of the LMS.

Online Report Designer: Creating Queries and Pivots on Employee Profile Data

Monday, 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Through discussion, demonstration, and hands-on exercises, this course introduces the learner to the fundamental concepts of utilizing the detailed reporting tool to create queries and pivots. You will gain basic skills in how to create queries, including calculated columns, filters, scope, and pivots. Please not this session will use data from Employee Profile. Data from other modules, including LMS, EC, and WFA WILL NOT be discussed.
